RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We only accept merchandise return for refund. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Do not want the items anymore:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Faulty Items:

Please provide the faulty item evidence to our customer service, both pictures and video accepted. Please log into your account, find your order number, click leave message and attach your evidence. We will process and reply back within 24 to 48 hours after evidence received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P O Box 245, Brewton, AL. 36427.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
